Every parent wishes his child to grow up healthy, comprehensively developed, spiritually mature, educated, clever and sharp. All parents want their children to have happy and untroubled future and take a strong and reputable place in the society. Since first years of the independence, a principle “Healthy mother – healthy child” has been a priority direction of the state policy. The activities implemented under large-scale national programs are of considerable importance.
