Presentation of new ideas in submitted articles.<\/p>\r\n<p>2. Author\u2019s proposals in furtherance of scientific idea.<\/p>\r\n<p>3. Compliance of proposals with circumstances and opportunities.<\/p>\r\n<p>4. Justification of their implementation and sources of funding.<\/p>\r\n<p>5. Bringing economic efficiency as a result of implementation.<\/p>\r\n<p>6. Presentation in the annotated format.<\/p>\r\n<p>9. Key words.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>Desirable:<\/p>\r\n<p>1. Uzbek-English or Russian-English translation of a scientific article.<\/p>\r\n<p>2. Expert opinion, testifying to the comprehensive relevance of the scientific article.<\/p>\r\n<p>3.
