The maturity of the issue\u00a0will be three years, while the size and the coupon are yet to be determined. Ipoteka plans to use the\u00a0proceeds to finance its local-currency lending portfolio.<\/div>\r\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The final rating is contingent upon the
